Return and Refund Policy
All sales on Downloadable software are final and will not be refundable.
Merchandise Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for 30 days after invoice date. Ship returns to: Retro Mart Returns, 3224 Anric Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701. Include with the returned merchandise your reason for return or exchange and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your order invoice. To request an RMA number, submit an online Support Request.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise instructed by Retro Mart. Please use a shipping company that can track packages, as Retro Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Once your merchandise has arrived and been processed a credit will be applied to your credit card or new merchandise will be shipped.
After credit card is approved, software will be available for download immediately as well as an HTML link e-mailed to you. If you do not receive access to software download area within 30 minutes please contact Retro Mart.
Merchandise and Software
All packages will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Merchandise will be shipped within 10 (ten) business days from date order is received. In most cases it will be send out within 48 hours from the time we receive your order.
Retro Mart is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its site. Retro Mart will not share any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.
